Choosing a provider is a big decision. Some questions worth asking:
- Are you a registered NDIS provider? (Haven's registration ID is 4-M1J1K4X – you can check any provider on the NDIS Commission Provider Register.)
- Are your workers screened and trained?
- Can supports be tailored to my goals, culture and routine?
- How will we communicate, and how do I raise a concern?
- What areas do you service? We support participants across Metro & Regional Victoria and Regional New South Wales.
