Information you give us to provide supports – for example your name, contact details, date of birth, NDIS number, plan details, health and support needs, and cultural or communication preferences.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, plan and deliver supports, claim payments, meet our NDIS obligations, and improve our services. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Only with your consent or where required by law – for example the NDIA, the NDIS Commission, your plan manager or health professionals involved in your care.
How we protect it
Information is stored securely and only accessed by staff who need it to support you.
Website forms
Website forms are sent to our team by email using a third-party form service. Please avoid including information you are not comfortable sending this way – you can always call us instead.
